Interpretation Process
- Customer submits request for interpretation, designating:
- Required foreign language.
- Type of Interpretation (Consecutive/Simultaneous/Telephone).
- Subject matter.
- Date, time and address of the location where interpretation should take place.
- Name, address, telephone, e-mail of customer in charge.
- ETB promptly contacts appropriate professional to inquire about availability.
- Customer receives detailed estimate for review, approval and authorization.
- Customer approves and authorizes services Interpreter receives our work-order.
- Interpretation services performed according to customer's specifications.
- Customer receives detailed invoice for rendered services.
